Rick Cranmer is a REALTOR and has had a Florida Real Estate license since June 2002. Over the years Rick Cranmer has represented both buyers and sellers, handling all their real estate needs. Rick's services encompass personal residences, vacation homes, investment properties, land, commercial, and industrial properties as well as large tracts of land. Rick Cranmer has extensive experience dealing with lenders involving short sales, pre-foreclosures, probate, and bank-owned properties (REO).
In March of 2008, Rick Cranmer contributed to the National Foreclosure Short Sale Institute to write a training manual for real estate agents, title companies, and attorneys on how to facilitate short sale transactions.
Rick Cranmer was born and raised in Mount Ephraim, New Jersey. In 1975 he joined the Volunteer Fire Department, then on August 8, 1981, he became a Police Officer for the Borough of Mount Ephraim. He enjoys fishing, and boating and has traveled extensively throughout the United States and the Virgin Islands. In 1989 he and his wife moved to Tampa, Florida, and then in 1997 moved to the Treasure Coast where he presently resides. Rick Cranmer belongs to the Fort Pierce Landlord Association Since 2007 and is currently president. He and his wife have volunteered with the Exchange Club Chili cook-off in Fort Pierce, Florida.
